I had multi wii and kk infact I still have both but the kk is not fitted to any thing,
The multi wii is very good it has auto level and can support other sensors to,
There is much more to learn with multi wii but its all quite easy and there are threads over on rcgroups to cover what ever you would need to know, there is even a thread for that board you linked to which can also be bought from MWC MultiWii Lite 4-axis X-Mode Flight Control Board QUADX w/ FTDI Basic Breakout $47.52 Free Shipping @GoodLuckBuy.com have a look around there multi rotor section there are some very good prices
    couple of usefull links below

Where have you found this for £170? From where I've seen it's £355!

Unless you mean the chip only?

I'm looking at build an FPV quad, but can't decide which route to take, I obviously want it as cheap as possible but without risking having crap quality parts!

The DJI Naza Flame Wheel ARF kit looks good, then all I need is FPV stuff, but it's quite expensive at £355

I've also came across this: http://www.goodluckbuy.com/x525-v3-quadcoptor-friber-glass-folding-arf-set-kkmulticopter.html

    A
nyone got any experience with either? Not too sure what to do!
