Default Os needle settings vs regulated/Muffler pressure

Have a os105HZR that im trying to tune question is is it normal for the regulated version to be able to lean alot more than the muffler type? as im nearlly 1 turn from open on the high and its still rich and backplate just warm ,mid is at 1 turn from open ,Am a bit worried on going past the 1 turn on the high though , After seeing Matt longs 105 is on song running about 1 3/4 on the high with muffler pressure has confused me
