    Default TT Upgrade

Just wondering if anyone has bought the torque tube upgrade for their vision 50? Personally I think belts are a thing of the past and I'm sick of the slop etc, but I don't know if I can justify £100 for it.

TT doesn't sap as much energy as as a belt when it comes to autos.
i wouldn't say that the belt drive is dated, as mikado use it with their helis and even the goblin has a belt drive.
between my belt driven 500 and TT 500 id say that the belt just feels smoother. both are exactly the same spec apart from the tail drive

I never bought the upgrade for those reasons in the end. Couldn't really justify the £100 cost for no real gain.

You can have my TT Kit mate,

You'll need new rear and front gear, but it's yours.

I'll bring it to RCHA with me.

    Edit:

Tell you what, You can have my old Competition frame.

That's the ultimate mate. The competition had an RRP of £239 but typically sold for just over £200.
