    Default Motor for MSRX?

    Hello all,

I have a problem finding a main motor for my MSRX.Both my local shops are out of stock and all the websites that I have visited say the same thing.

Do Horizon Hobby UK sell spares to the general public? If not, does anybody know where I can get a motor from?

    Thank you in advance.

    Lightbulb

Just signed up quickly so i could share this with you as this appears on top of google for "msrx motor uk"

    Buy a mQx clockwise motor - BLH7503

Use pliers to pull off pinion (12 teeth!), it comes off easily along with the shaft.

Do the same with an MSR motor (or msrx motor, i presume will work too) and replace that shaft in your new mQx clockwise motor.

I found the msr motor to be a slightly looser fit with the gearmesh and prefer it.

My msrx is now flying happy again! Woop
