more reports please - ours get delivered tomorrow and i want to order those gens ace if they're ok.

where are you guys getting your adapters from? for the gens ace battery connectors
Just put 3 batts through mine just hovering & orientation in the back garden as winds kicking up but it still held it's own.

Gens ace are slightly heavier but would not notice in hovering & manoeuvres

    I bought mine from ebay : 1 JST to E-Flite Beast / Sbach / F-27Q / Stryker 180 (UMX) Lipo Battery Adapter | eBay

    It works a treat

Had six flights with mine through the day (our stock arrived 9.15 this morning) other than tightening the main blades I had not touched it. Constant rolls in the car park and climbing flips, it whips over quite fast and settles inverted locked. I think it will take a bit of abuse, but so far only U/C, main shaft, boom supports and head blocks arrived as spares.

... and the vast majority are not like that out of the box, but for some strange reason the people who are happily flying the 130X don't take the time to post on forums the way those with problems tend to do, go figure ...

Lol, you get the same with all makes & models, hell even my Goblin had rusty bearing & parts missing.

Others have had issues with other brands & models, as a whole no one brand is without issues as far as I've seen

I can give you at least 2 brands examples with no issues at all.

Anyway, I'd not expect perfect quality from a cheap plastic heli, which is what 130x is (same as mcpx). I am not saying I am going to accept it if mine turns out to be a lemon, but I am not going to give up on it too quickly, even if I have to send it to HH multiple times.

Got mine today morning, thanks Midlans for super speedy delivery.
I am at work so I can't fly it yet, but it's looking nice. Mine has a bit odd axial play in TT, when I lock main gear (using fingers) I can still turn tail hub about 10 degrees. All gears seem to be fit correctly, I am not sure what it is, feels like TT tube is flexing along the bom axis. Weird.

Dont forget that the negative reports get noticed more, and haters/jealous types hype it up. The vast majority of the 130X's are fine and fly great straight out of the box. Dont forget a precautionary check over is always recommended with any model from mcpx to trex 700.

Aslong as your having fun, then its all good!

Got mine today, and as a proper heliaddict I had to fly it ones the packs where charged. That was after gone through the whole heli, checking screws, blades etc. Noticed the main and tail blades where very loose to the grips. Maybe the main problem with tail blade failures?? maybe.

Well it fly s beautiful. I have so far ( touching wood ) not experienced any problems but that's early days. Very locket in, like you fly a bigger heli.
Managed some inverts and it did stay inverted, something I never managed to master with the MCPX.

So far very pleased. Don't know. Maybe I one of the lucky ones? Maybe problems will show on the next few Packs?
Anyway go to go as my packs are charged again

Don't go waiting for problems to appear, I'm sure a lot of them are just fine.

    Just enjoy!
