Default Century Airwolf 50 Scale Project

I intend to start my Airwolf fuselage soon, its the Century/Funkey kit version so needs assembling, prepping and painting..

Donor mechanics will be a Raptor 50

I plan to post the build process and some pics to keep people informed and make the info available to anybody that needs it..

I am very new to scale building so any tips people could fire my way would be appreciated

    Chris

Look forward to seeing it myself, as ive always liked the idea of a nice scale heli for sedate(ish) flying arond etc (help calm the nerves after throwing a pod n boom jobby about lol)

Also looking forward on getting my hands on the Airwolf for painting (thats if thats still on the cards etc)

    And the front

Instructions supplied are not brilliant but i should be able to suss them out,,
Plan to carry the build out in small stages when i have the time between other things i need to do

Any repair work or maintenance to my fleet to keep them flying will take priority over this project

    Product placement sshh

Most fuselages are gonna be weak,i had a Century 30 Airwolf before that was very flexible and had a Vario Airwolf that was quite thick fibreglass..

Trouble is they both get broken in a crash

The sort of flying i will be doing with this means pilot error is unlikely so it would be down to mechanical or radio failure to cause a crash

Fibreglass is easily repairable though to someone who is used to working with it,,which i am not

    Steve

Im using 3152`s in both my Knights at 4.8v and they are performing well

9252`s would be a better option but i also had to kit it out on a budget

    I can recommend them

    Glad you like the pics
