A good tx is worth every penny. Don't forget your buying it for every Heli you may own in the future.

Just to add to the above. As someone mentioned already, doing one orientation for a long time can get your brain too locked in to it and then it feels weird when you go back to a different orientation, so in real life practising just a little in each orientation is prob best, Maybe holding each position for 5 seconds or something.

On the sim though, for me anyway, sometimes I find if I just stick with an uncomfortable orientation and force myself to gain control without bailing out I start to get the right reflexes burned into my brain, but then I'll move on and come back to it later. But I noticed the same phenomenon you're talking about, if I practise, for example, inverted hovering for a long time and then flip back to upright I find I am still thinking in inverted mode on the elevator and have that nanosecond of panic when it's not doing what I want.

i tried left side just now and i got the heli to point left so i blame the tx at least i have more control now (onwards&sideways)i agree that changing direction the fingers dont always follow i still correct for right side ill stick to 45% and see how it goes....mick

bin practicing 45% BOTH SIDES, moving to 70% and alternating left\right and all seems to be coming togather i can edge the tail roundbit by bit (with the old tx i couldnt do that, 2 chanels faulty) thats why i was finding left orientation difficult...since changing the tx my batterys are warm at the end of flight rather than hot (esc is also warm) progress at last....mick
