the 6S 5000mah Turnigy's are 20.5cm or 205mm - 105 should do the trick then ... probably a bit larger than 105mm ...

210mm is perfect. It only has to shrink a tiny amount and so will stay thin. As heatshrink shrinks it gets thicker. As the stuff is so cheap get the 105 and the next size up just in case.

Exactly what I did, 2mtr of 105mm and 2mtr of 128mm.

I can pop round with it when it arrives and you can see which suit best?

Just thought I'd feedback on Cell Pack Solutions. My wrap arrived yesterday and it looks good. Nice and thin so shouldn't add much to the overall size of the lipo.

Thought I'd share some pics of the re-wrap. I've re-wrapped some Turnigy 6s 5000mAh 40-50C using the 105mm sleeve from Cell Pack. It's a snug fit to start but easily done and the shrink rate was good with a low set heat gun. Final finish is very good and as good as the warp you'd find on the originals.

I had to open up a pack to re solder the balance lead back on I didn't want to bin a pack just for a wire coming of.

I bought some packs 2nd hand and they where wrapped in black tape and a thick shrink sleeve. Because of this they wouldn't fit between the frames on my Rave. So I stripped them back to the cells and put the new wrap on. No they fit snuggly.
