    Default 600V2 control shaft

    Hey guys,
I'm trying to get my 600V2 ready in time for the zone fun fly on Friday, it's nearly there but the control shaft seems too long for the width of the 2 frames. Ive put on the two aileron levers, and there was quite a sizeable gap each side between the mainframe and the levers. So as the instructions state I used washers to close the gap. I've used all available washers, but there's still movement in the shaft. Is this normal???

Any tips and advice would be much appriciated.

    Thanks, Dan

If I understand you then that would mean you elevator/anti-rotation link can move side to side. Thats not good !

I hope this isn't the point you find out you've got the left side on the right and vice versa.

Yea it will move 1-2mm in each direction. I've even tried swapping the main frames around but to no avail.

No side to side movement in mine, do you have all 4 washers in (2 on each side) there should be 1 thick 0.5 and 1 thin 0.2 on each side. Have they supplied the correct washers?

I've got about 4 washers in each side at the moment. 2x 0.5 and 2x 0.2 washers on each side. And there's still plenty of movement. Could they have supplied me with a 700 Control shaft perhaps?

Mine is/was 88mm but it's was far too long, so I filed it down to 86 mm and its spot on now... Problem solved I hope
