    Default Futaba 3050's on 600N

I've finally got myself a 600N and it has futaba 3050's on the cyclic - are these any good or should I ditch them for Align 610's?

    Thoughts?

They are perfectly fine for general sport flying.

A little slow for full on 3D though, but fine otherwise.

The reason I ask is they sempt slow / sluggish so that stacks up with what you say. I'll look out for some others as I'm looking to get into some light 3D

I had them on my 600n and they were reliable. Just upped the endpoints to get quicker cyclics ;-)

If you are running a flybar they will be fine. I had them on my Trex 600N and never thought they were slow. Might be worth checking endpoints or pitch settings as mentioned above.

    3050s are 6V rated servos.

    Are you running at 6V?

They are slow on 4.8V but do get a bit more lively at 6V. I use them in 6V plane systems. Perfectly adequate for general flying though.

I'm running the kit standard Align 7.4v 2S lipo & regulator.

And yes it's a flybar heli. I've not got it setup fully yet it just seemed a little sluggish on a basic circuit flight but that's probably because I'd just flown my 550E which feels totally the opposite.
