Depends on your setup really, are you already flying electric or nitro or both?

had nitro and now all electric, if you have the chargers and are short of time & just wont to turn up and fly electric is the way. If you don't have the power supplies/chargers and like tinkering nitro is still a good option

Try a bit electric of you already have decent size nitros.

I had the N, now have the E; all personal preference though.

cannot help on which make of lipos (asking the same question myself) but should add with the electric there are more flying sites around (less noise) electric does appear to be getting more developed nitro has gone as far as it can imo before it defeats the best thing it has going for it, flight times

there's a few of us fly at a local rugby club field, a local farmers land and a village hall during the bad weather.

    Hi Andy,

If your are going to buy new then it is really a matter of personnel choice. However if your looking at used then I would say go nitro as you can get some good deals. Electric is in 'vogue' for most people right now and comanding top used prices.
    Just my thoughts and advice.
    Hope this helps alittle?

    Regards,

    Mark.

heres my advice nitros are great fun, but more agro electric is obviously plug in and fly.

The electric will pretty much eat a nitro for breakfast performance wise and can be further boostted with mega motor such as KDE,Scorpion ETC.

The bad bit is a the packs cost a fair bit to collect.

If it were me an electric is definatley the way foward you have some nitros you will not look back if you buy a 700e V2 that I promise!

And if your feeling like spending a few take a look at my setup in the sig it absoloutly rocks!!!! the align combo is no comparison!
