I'm using the 3GX on a 600N with Coolice 550 settings and firmware V1.1 but I'm experiencing a violent pitch up during FFF.
Other than that the heli is really nice to fly.
Hopefully, Coolice or someone else will know which setting to tweak.
    Hey Buddy.

Out of interest what main blades are you running?

Parameters I found which effect the pitchy elevator in fast forward flight are the "Cyclic Pitch Compensate" as expected, "Hiller Mix Rate" and "Swashplate Return Speed" sliders also play a large part in removing a lot of the pitch up. In fact my 450 PRO taught me a lot more about these sliders and their effect on this problem.

It has recently been seen that running a higher lock gain (reducing overall gain slightly to compensate) helps in stops after aggressive cyclic commands, this can also effect fast forward flight also.

Looking at the settings file I would say try lowering the Swashplate Return Speed slider 10% and increase the Hiller Mix Rate 10% also, then le me know.

    Hey Ian,

Thanks for the prompt reply - you da man!!
I was using the standard Align blades (as I was too tight to replace them) but the pitch up was VERY violent and on one occasion during a flat out flypast the engine almost stalled when it went vertical unintentionaly! At which point a mutual friend Pete Ayriss sold me the Align 3G blades which flew much better but still had the tendency to pitch up in FFF.

Hopefully the weather won't be so damn cold this weekend so I can try your recommendations.

    Regards,
    Steve
