yes, I think a FBL 450 is just right for you...
You can program any roll rate you like, and it flies like on rails. The wind bumps it up and down, but it always keeps its direction.
I forgot this: get Radix blades. The others I tried were Align CF blades, and they don't work (for me), they aren't stiff enough.
The difference between blades is felt much more than on a flybar heli, there I don't really care.
what else... depending on the head, headspeed etc you may have to tune out a couple of degrees of phase error in the software (on Skookum, maybe Mikado is smarter and doesn't need this).
And, center of gravity is pretty important.
